Happy New Year. I am new to this forum

I’m new to this forum but have been sewing since I was 10 years old. I am a mother of 2 sons and 1 daughter and a grandmother to 2 grandsons.
My grandmother taught me to make my first apron when I was 10. She had 11 children, was a 4-H teacher, and taught many children how to sew. I learned to sew my clothes for school since preteen age and I also made my wedding dress, veil and garter. I also made my children and grandsons’ clothes.
I sew Christmas gifts for family and it is a joy to see the smiles when they receive a handmade gift.
It is a joy to be here. I am always learning new things.

Unfortunately, I had some health issues and wasn’t able to see. I am excited to get back into it as soon as I get all set up in an area downstairs. I’m still looking for a chair that will suit my physical needs
