mad respect for quilt makers

I've been sewing for years, but I'm making my first quilt now as a gift for a friend's daughter.
After watching a million tutorials and reading everything, I just had to share what I think, that quilt makers are precision experts!
The fact that one millimeter can mess up the whole thing is giving me serious anxiety

Quilting looks like a math exam at first, but the good news is fabric has a little give. A millimeter won’t wreck the whole thing. Using a 1/4" foot and pressing as you go will keep everything tidy without the stress.
