I am not familiar with your machine, but I have two sergers, and the first thing I would do is move all your dials to zero, then cut your threads and gently pull them out, and don't pull the thread out through your needles! Next, take out the needles (I replace mline every 8 hours of sewing, they can get burrs on them when they are used for too many hours) Then take of the presser foot and then the presser plate, that most likely will be in two pieces, and the back one will need to be unscrewed. Take a strong, small flashlight if you have one and look all around all your dials, in the bottom and the sides, on the inside of your machine where you took off the presser plate(s), and see if you can find any threads that are caught. Look at the disc that turns the flywheel, and make sure there isn't any thread looped around it. If you have some canned air, blow it around the tension dials; they are, at zero, so they will be as loose as you can get them. If this doesn't work, I would put everything back together and take it to a repair person. Since it has been in storage for a year, and you are having this problem, I suggest you take it in for a tune-up. I wish I could help you more!
