What's the most recent book that you read? Or maybe a book that you can read over and over again? i want to take a break in sewing stuff!

If you have not read the Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis, please do. Quick read and offers a lot of insight into is human beings. From post-apocalyptic genre, Bobby Akart is the king! Any of his books are terrific. Phantom by Susan Rice is a great read. It is the “biography” of the Phantom of the Opera. Not necessarily a feel-good book but it is terrific.

Hey @Lena thanks for the suggestions! I’ve heard of The Screwtape Letters forever but never actually picked it up,

Also, I’m new to Bobby Akart’s work. Since you called him the king of post‑apocalyptic stories, do you have a favorite starting point? I grew up on survival‑fiction paperbacks my dad kept in the garage, so I’m always looking for something similar
