Greetings new friends
I'm excited to get in on the ground floor of this sewing forum. I've been sewing since I was about 9 or 10. I started out hand sewing Barbie clothes at that time. I used bridal scraps from the scrap box my grandma had. She was an alterations lady to a nice bridal shop.
Over the years I've done wedding clothes, wedding dresses, regular clothes, my school clothes, and even a stage curtain for an ice rink. (2 of them 10 years apart.).
At this time I have one daughter and 2 granddaughters that have the really good sewing ability also.
And my favorite sewing machine brand is Janome.
